We?
Welcome to our website! We’re glad you are here! We are a
group of Christian Believers called to share the unconditional love and
life-changing message of Jesus Christ with the people of the Hood County Texas Area.
We are an exciting new church on a determined mission to serve and to reach our
community.
We are a non-traditional church which believes that methods
and styles may change, but the timeless message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ
never changes. Jesus is the center of all we do and the foundation of all we
are!
We believe that faith in Christ and the grace He provides
can drastically change any life. If you’re looking for a place to move beyond
your past and experience a new beginning with God, or if you’re looking for a
place to belong and to serve – Welcome Home!
What Should I Expect When Visiting
ALCC?
What will the experience be like?
The service experiences at ALCC Granbury include worship
music, a message, and personal testimonies. The music is led by a worship
leader featuring some of today’s most popular and inspiring worship music. The
message is always focused on applying timeless Biblical truths to the real
issues that real people face in their daily lives: with Jesus as the focus. You
can expect to be both encouraged and challenged by Pastor Mike or one of the
other teaching pastors. Personal testimonies are often shared by individuals to
highlight what God is doing in the lives of His people and to encourage others.
You will always find a friendly, relaxed, environment where everyone is loved
and welcomed.
How early should I get there?
Plan on arriving at least 7-10 minutes before the service
starts. That will give you time to park, check your kids into Children’s
Church, and grab a cup of coffee and a snack before the service begins. Then you’ll
want to make sure you get into the sanctuary before the music starts. We’ll
give you a heads up when we’re about to begin!
What should I wear?
Don’t worry about wearing “your Sunday best” to Abundant
Life. We dress very casually around here. Most leave their suit and tie at
home. Very likely the teaching pastor and staff will be wearing suits but few
else. In fact, when the weather warms up, don’t be surprised to see lots of
people in shorts.

Our Children’s Ministry and Nursery Ministry are designed
for children from birth through fifth grade. Your child will experience
age-appropriate teaching, music and fun activities designed to introduce them
to a life-changing journey to follow Jesus Christ. Our Children’s Ministry is
led by staff and volunteers who will be there each week to care for and love on
your child and teach them about Jesus.
